Keep on course by setting alerts to sound if you stray from your goal, create interval workouts based on time or distance and rest portions of the workout (with relevant sensors) and race a virtual competitor over a set distance and speed (with footpod). When your workout is finished the wireless data transfer feature automatically transfers training data to your PC or Mac when the FR60 is in range.
